Aircart Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
2. How to Request a Return
- Go to “My Orders” in your Aircart account
- Select the item and choose “Return”
- Provide a valid reason and photos if applicable
- Our team will review and coordinate with the supplier
3. Pickup & Shipping
- Eligible returns may be picked up by the seller/logistics partner
- In some cases, self-shipping with a trackable service may be required
- Retain proof of shipping for tracking
4. Refund Process
approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible
6. Supplier Responsibility
- Aircart acts as a marketplace platform
- Each seller/service provider is responsible for returns of their products
- Aircart mediates disputes but final acceptance rests with seller policies
7. Disputes or Issues
- For problems with return pickup, refund delay, or supplier response:
- We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly
